All my pedals come with a lifetime warranty for labor and electronic parts (does not apply to units misused, abused and modded/repaired by someone else).
For European Union customers - all shipping costs (both ways) of product reported for warranty repair within 2 years from purchase delivery will be covered by me. After 2 years all shipping costs are customers responsibility.
For non European Union customers - all shipping costs (both ways) and import fees are customers responsibility.
Two weeks try out money back guarantee, what means you can request to return your purchase within 14 days since delivery (cooling-off period).
For European Union customers - original shipping cost paid upon order will be refunded, but shipping cost from customer back to me are customers responsibility.
For non European Union customers - all shipping costs (both ways) and import fees are customers responsibility.
Right to withdrawal does not apply to products clearly personalised at customers request.
There is no restocking fee, but if product is returned in a different condition than you received it, e.g. with any signs of wear, no less than 15% of it's purchase value will be deducted from the refund. Refund will be proceeded within 7 days since receiving the returned product.
I play and test every single pedal I make, so it's very unlikely any product will be dispatched malfunctional. Anyway in case this happens and for all return & warranty procedures please contact with detailed description of the issue.
Returns from outside of European Union: in European Union we have import customs for all parcels from outside of EU, what require either paying duties from declared value or to have incoming item declared as 'return' - in this case we need to hire a customs office to fulfil import duties, what costs around 35 EUR. Buyer is responsible to cover all shipping expenses and mentioned import duties or customs office fee (which will be deducted from refunded price).
All pedals available for purchase are in stock and will be usually shipped within 3 working days from the payment. I use DPD/Fedex for most EU countries and Fedex for most world-wide locations (estimated delivery time is 3-7 days, but delivery time is not guaranteed). These options are tracked and fully insured.
At request, for shipments outside of European Union, I can use cheaper post service with tracking but with no insurance - in this case no money back if parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
If shipment arrives visibly damaged, buyer shall request reclamation documents filled and returned to the courier upon delivery, plus keep a copy signed by courier. Sometimes couriers don't provide such an option, but anyway buyer should contact me immediatedly with detailes photos of damage including packing (and keep whole packing until reaclamation process is finished)
All prices shown include European VAT, so no extra fees for purchases within European Union.
International shipments outside of European Union may be placed under import customs in country of destination so buyer is responsble for all import duties when apply.
